Switches a targeted entity to another state.
- target (double, default 10): distance at which host will find entities
- target (string, default null)
- speed (string): state that the entity will be switched to
- distance (probability, default 1): chance that the host will order entities
- once (bool, default true): if false, will order entities every tick
- onDeath (bool, default false): if true, will wait until death of host to order entities
